Be careful of parking lot. Never know when they may suddenly pull over or move out.

If you miss your train to waterfront, take the next train going the opposite way, and stay on, you'll get a much better seat

The guy asking for change outside the station HAS a cell phone, so don't feel sympathetic and give him anything. Just a deadbeat!

If you want to be guaranteed a seat when heading towards Vancouver, board the train on the southbound side then stay on the train. Then you will have a seat for sure:)

For shopping, try Lansdowne Centre just east of the station! You can probably see it from where you're standing!
