Dropped off MacBook Pro for a defective screen. Agent said 5-7 business days to repair. Apple sent it to Cali. on Wednesday, fixed it, & overnighted it back with Saturday delivery. Total of 3 days!

Every time I go, I always get my problem addressed and get treated great by the staff despite the fact they are always so swamped!

Lots of folks use the free Wi-Fi at the Apple Store for their Macs and iDevices (Pod, Phone, Pad). Staff is very helpful and informative, and will help with what you are looking for.
