I just think it's ridiculous how impossible it is to speak to an actual person at this location. I called 5 times and I just kept getting transferred to the people in India.

Fast in and out. Enjoyed picking our own car. We chose one, then changed our mind. It was nice to be able to just go to a different car.

Paying extra for ski racks and winter tires sounds reasonable (and probably is) but disappointing the racks can't be locked
