Don’t come here on a Saturday around noon. 2 hour wait and that’s if your reserved car is available.

Over 60 minutes wait to get a car. 20-30+ mins wait at counter (while blocking other customers) because they aren't sure what is in stock. Incredibly inefficient

Their service staff was having a go at my insurance previously as I had bought through the car reservation on Hotwire, apparently saying its not valid. Totally bad experience. Will never be back again

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! You will regret it! They are extremely slow, will not hold a car even if it is reserved, rude, made excuses, and left me stranded with no car. Worst rental experience ever!
