Reserved an economy car and got a Chevy captiva...it was great! Check in was fast and easy at the airport then they shuttle you to the lot. Check out was fast and the shuttle was right there.

I arrived at 1:00 am they were nice with their customer service but there was only three of us and five of them they took a while

Dropping of the car was quick but then you have to wait forever to get the shuttle to the airport terminal.
