NIGHTMARE!!! Budget employee documents pre-existing damage to windshield! And accepts at turn-in. Now 1 month later CHARGE $577...and say too bad, should have saved paperwork. Do NOT rent at Budget!!

Worst rental car experience. Wanted economy and had to pay $828 for four days for a Chevy Malibu. Claimed small car would not get us where we needed to go. Total lies! Highway robbery! Stay away!

People were working hard, but line to get my reservation took over an hour! Minivan was dirty inside, exterior damages, just not well run, it was a Wed afternoon for crying out loud!

In Denver be prepared to wait awhile renting a vehicle during the day. Very long lines on a Monday but dropping off is easy and the employees were nice.

Guy at counter told us that Insurance was MANDATORY or we could not get the car, so my boyfriend signed the paper and did our research later, now they are saying sorry not true and cannot refund!

Here's a tip...DON'T RENT FROM BUDGET AT THE DENVER AIRPORT. The pictures of the lines out the door and around the side of the building are accurate and not coincidental on one day.
