Super clean restrooms, cortex us attendants and good food while you wait. Also a block away from Chinatown's Great Gate. One of the best bus terminal stops I've seen in a while.

They get me where I have to go. It can be delayed but again they use roads anyway. :)

Simply it's a bus station, nothing more nothing less. My welcome to Philly was as soon as I stepped outside a bird shat on my head. Figure out your bearings before exposing yourself to the birds.

A dark and twisted place full of untold horrors. I urge you to avoid this place and it's frightful denizens, but if you must enter guard your sanity and print your tickets beforehand.

It is cheapest & easier way to go to NY roundtrip .... make sure u hv express tkts & take it online is cheaper.

Greyhound overbooks their buses by 15% so there's a real chance you won't get on the bus you paid to be on. Get there early, buy/print tickets online, always watch your bag.

I can only speak for departures to NYC.... Kiosk are super convenient and you don't have to deal w/ the zoo animals that call themselves 'Customer Service'. ~ Express Buses are a PLUS

The new self-service kiosks make purchasing tickets so much quicker than the system they used to have.

Just remember, when you're sitting on the ground waiting for the bus with the dregs of society, many of us respectable people have done so before. Hang in there!
