They have mini shopping carts here, which makes shopping incredibly easy relative to lugging around a hand basket. I wish all stores had them!!

If you like red wine, try the Ruffino Chianti. If you like hot foods, get the Mrs Renfros Ghost Pepper Salsa. When I say it's hot, I mean put the fire dept on your speed dial, capiche?

Make sure, before you buy anything, you sign up for the Safeway Club. It's a free program where you can save money on regular priced items. It's like the Kroger Card, but at Safeway!

Great help from the lady who works there. Her name is Leo. She helped me find sea salt and also shared the tip to apply vinegar on my bruised ribs. Am onto my healing process hope her tip works. :)
