It should not be required to enter PIN to use a check card - & NO bank does NOT require - customers will be in double jeopardy WHEN (not IF) you get hacked - they will have BOTH CC # & PIN #.

I live a mile from the West Side Dillons but I drive five miles to come to this one. It's so much better, even before all the construction.
