They had an "unlock" on 4square for the 20th, however they did not have the item you were supposed to get for unlocking. Another customer fail.

Perhaps it would be easier to purchase items if there were Customer Service individuals? Needle in a haystack? Elementary. Service here? Good luck! But, if you manage to find someone, they ARE nice!
