Go early! Opens at 10:00. I was helped in about 10 minutes after getting here at 10:10.

This Apple Store tends to be crowded and getting a genius appointment could take days. However customer service is good.

If you are here for repair or replacement. Don't vome here. It a total waste of time and thr people here are very rude and customer service are absolutely bad.
