This store always smells like body odor. I like having a close Apple store but even making an appointment means you'll wait around for an hour waiting to get seen. Do it all online if possible.

I've had bad and slow customer service at this location at two distinct visits. I plan to travel to Raleigh Crabtree location if I need anything in the future.

Absolutely love the apple store, I'll call it organized chaos, as long as you have an appointment, you're good, and even if you don't they really go out of their way to be accomidating
