In my opinion they had rude, arrogant counter staff, mediocre overpriced bagels. Donuts were dried out and all tasted alike--pure sugar. Better bagels and donuts for less cost at the grocery store.

Red Velvet donut is to die for! Growing up on Long Island, this is as close to a NY bagel we've tasted since we moved down here!
