Go avail this place not within the pick season like summer price of ranges for around 8k-10k if not pick season. If you like to avail it on summer though, you have to spend 15k-18k. You're choice.

This place is applicable for more than 15 but less than 25 persons. It has 3 bedrooms one room on the upper floor is for 6-8people. The room on the basement w/o aircon though is for less 10 persons
