The price is less exorbitant than others in the area, location. Overpriced for the poor upkeep of the property grounds & the apartments & for having to deal with the constant turnover office staff.

Beautiful renovated apartments, 3205 clean, no cockroaches and bed bugs, what i cannot tell about other buildings!!! very rude leasing office!! And mean!!!

Have been staying here for last 18 months.. Nice view of the 225 from 5 th floor balcony.. Cool place to live for reasonable rent
