Access to light house terrace and overlook is free after 6pm and before 10am every day.

Even with a Minnesota State Park pass, you have 2 pay $9 to get 2 terrace of vis. cntr 2 take close picture. Go further down to state park trail, Minnesota historical society is crazy to over charge
