A must visit place when in Goa. The garden on top and the steps besides it which leads you to this beautiful beach with a strange name is definitely an awesome experience. Beautiful sunsets.

Nice and quiet place. Steps lead down to the rocky beach. A serene place. Didn't see any Japanese connection though ;-)
