Nothing much to see here, lots of old people come here to rest and relax as there’s books to read and it’s quiet.

Taiwan National library in Beitou is beatific. A great place to hang around and also execute green concept building nicely. Very natural

Beautiful architecture. Also a good place to bring your laptop and get stuff done. You need to have a phone number to register to the wifi though
