What is unique at this library are the bright coloured pods that stick out of the building. They act as personal spaces, casting green & blue hues of soft light. Some of the bigger ones have sofas

Singapore's notorious public library, where lights in the reading/study room on the second floor are switched off before 8.55 pm—the junior staff want to go home before library users leave at 9.00pm.

I found it not really quiet and quite noisy... People talking around,not really comfortable like NLB in Bras Basah,no library feeling
