Incredibly nice staff - all the front desk and the cleaning staff! Though it is not near the boardwalk (but a block from the bus terminal), it's therefore much more an economical choice.

Very nice facility. Came the Sunday of Labor Day weekend and the price was half other hotels in the area. Very convenient to the beach.

Right on the Maryland/Delaware border so you can walk over Delaware where everything is Tax free!!!

Usually stay here for Spring Fest & again for Sun Fest. Pool bar is entertaining although crowd noise can be a bit overwhelming. Rates are going up this year.
