Wonderfully comfy beds. Better beds than a fancy 4 star hotel in Vegas. Staff so friendly and helpful! Would stay again if ever in the area.

Nice stop on Route 66, but make plans to wake early - the housekeepers are out early, and their carts rattle off the sidewalk like freight cars.

Internet and cable could be better, but it was doable. They are installing an elevator.

Wonderful, remodeled room had flat screen TV, refrigerator, microwave, and tile shower. The hotel far exceeded my expectations and experiences with similar hotels.

Rooms were beautiful, especially the junior suite. Staff was rude. Front desk woman questioned me rudely for asking for more towels. Also, a lot of signs begging for tips. Very disappointing.
