"City View" room cost $380, and all we got was a parking garage roof view. They insisted this is the room we booked and didn't change our room. They blamed everything on the 3rd party booking site.

If you're visiting Portland on an extended stay the Westin above all is the only choice to make. Attentitive staff, spacious rooms feel like I never left home. Please do checkout the 15th floor bar!

Wi-fi is $10 extra and not even very good. The continental breakfast in bed was disappointing.
