The room was decent, but it had very bad sound proofing - you can hear everything from the other rooms and the hall when the doors are usually slammed. Simple English breakfast. I won’t return here.

However usual pain points persist - paper thin walls, lack of plug sockets anywhere near the bed and an archaic heating system meaning the room is always either too hot or too cold

Perfect hotel to stay if on business. Have bus access just outside the hotel, so a BIG advantage getting into and from City centre. Very helpful staffs and excellent English breakfast. Loved the stay.

Nice rooms I found the 1st floor a bit noisy even after 11:30 at night but was ok for one night.

A lovely hotel, with good service and great rooms. With regard to the other remarks, we have found there is plenty of meat on the menu in the Italian restaurant. Upper deck rooms are great upgrade.

Just been refurbished. New American restaurant & Starbucks in foyer. Gym @ pool good.
