The sheets were not fresh, the towels were stained and had holes in them, and the bed felt like I was sleeping on a rock. But the breakfast waffle was delicious. I do not plan to stay here again.

Second time we've stayed. Always friendly, always clean -- this is a basic, no frills place to stay. Can't beat the value.

This room (105) stinks like smoke even though it is not a smoking room.

Somewhat rundown. Bed blankets&cover has holes all over. Building could use a good cleaning ALL over. Ok I would stay somewhere else.
