Next to The Santa Monica Pier, Santa Monica's Main Street Shopping District, Venice Beach is just down the road & Malibu is just a stone's throw away. Great Location w/o the 5-Star Prices of the area

Low-rise 1950's Motel Building offering Colorful Minimalist Rooms, plus a Rooftop Sundeck & Free Parking. Nice Miami Vice Vibe- Good Kitsch. Prime Location, everything is Walkable: Dining, Beach, ETC

If you get here early parking if awesome, if you get here late its kind of rough. Try parking at the pier it is 8 dollars for 24 hrs.

If you have an iPhone & trouble connecting to wifi -try to connect closer to the office. It wasn't the cleanest place, but the rm was large. Still v nice. Limited parking. Location is awesome.
