Great location! Walk to everything. Ferries, restaurants JFK museum, beaches. Our room was smaller but very quiet corner location. Free small breakfast including hard boiled eggs, toast, fruit etc.

This is a lovely place, well situated and the owners go out of there way to make sure you are comfortable. I would come back here in the future

Terri and Al are incredible! They go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Never come across such a warm and welcoming place. Rooms spotless, large, and comfortable too! We'd love to come back.
