元は戦前の膠業公所（ゴム産業者の同業組合事務所）。日本占領期には徴用され、嘗て二階部分の天井の装飾に日の丸が残されていたそう。

Keadaan hotel agak spooky, tapi selesa juga bagi yang super bajet. Aircond sejuk, wifi laju. Staff friendly. Tips - bring ur own towel becoz towel kat sini sangat la nipis dan geli geli. Hehe kbye
