It was ok not what I was thinking it should have been for the price. Breakfast was blah. Rooms were good wish there was a hot tub.

The ONLY place I stay when working in Grand Rapids. Excellent service. Perfect location. The "Hyatt" touch.

Hyatt was a great stay for business. Spacious, modern with a liquor license and bar area that was open until 1am.

Excellent rooms w HD tv's that you can actually hook up your own ps3, xbox etc and play games, watch your own movies etc.!

Great hotel, friendly staff. Kitchen open 24 hours, Bar open til 1am. ... If you're in mood for Mexican, I recommend Lindo Mexico Restaurant, about 10 minutes away.
