Wonderful located , at the start of Via Nassa, the premiere pedestrian shopping street in Lugano and right in the centre of the city 😏

Very nice for a 3 star hotel. The service was excellent. Especially Laura who was most helpful. Try to get a lake view - a bit more money but lovely views. Corner room with balcony is the best room.
