Front desk is rude! 8/8/13! Condescending and hung up on me, Twice! Bar and wait staff are great! Here for nine months... May move to comfort suites! Better rooms and the people are are kind'

They have a nice observation deck - great for watching the airplanes take off. It's especially nice during AirVenture

Very clean, centrally located and comfortable hotel. Microwave and refrigerator in every room, and very useful business center. Staff are very pleasant to deal with.
