Like most hotels, this one didn't keep up with maintenance, but they made up for it with customer service.

My room on the 3rd floor is nice. Not sure what the other people are complaining about... Its a hotel. The people at the desk were friendly and helpful.

Newly renovated 3rd floor rocks! Older tips may no longer apply. Btw - I'm Platinum Elite so if there are any issues they will be brought to their attention.
