We love the friendly service and I LOVE that I can smoke in a smoking room!!! That's a 10 score for me. Plus it's clean, beautiful, and you can't beat the price!

It's a nice place they have a little kitchen in everyroom and free wifi

Put us in smoking when we requested otherwise. Front desk told us Orbitz and other third party bookings get last priority. I guess at least we're not getting intentionally bumped like others tonight.

I feel bad for the mayor of this place. Unresponsive staff and mgmt. Don't bother putting in a request for non smoking because they don't care, especially if you book through Orbitz. GROSS ROOMS. =(
