Thin blankets, thin walls, rooms around a courtyard which means noise from outside too.

This is not a bad option for Syracuse. Outside the city in a corporate office park. One of the better hotels in a market starved for a nice hotel.

Great breakfast buffet, adequate rooms, and superb customer service. Banquet rooms are also well serviced for large gatherings.

not the cleanest/dried on soap in shower/hair stuck to tub/toilet area smelled of urine...although housekeeping was quick to remedy and pleasant didn't make me feel very comfortable we are diamond HH

I was having a nice dinner in Regatta's when I saw that if I checked in as a newbie here, I would get a "tin" of cookies. I showed this to the front desk, and VOILA... they gave me AWESOME COOKIES!!!
