I have stayed here several times. the staff is always friendly. The location is convenient (as far as Westminster goes). This is a budget hotel and I would stay here again.

WiFi is horrible slow. Worthless. Rooms stinky. Bathrooms so small you have to back in so you can come out again. Good mattresses tho. Breakfast isn't the greatest!!

Affordable. Comfortable. Pleasant staff. Only warm water from the faucet, though. No cold water. If you come here, bring some water bottles and keep them in the mini fridg for drinking.

Pool closes at sundown so...gotta get here early to enjoy the water & the sun... :)

Remodeled sometime in 2010. Nice people @ front desk. Bed is Soft. Good value for money.
