Clean room, had a crib for our baby as requested. Stayed in King Executive suite, very nice. Trainee staff member on the desk was polite, friendly, helpful. Parking costs extra but easy to get a spot.

I had a pleasant 5 night stay at the Crown Plaza, Costa Mesa! Friendly staff, room was cleaned, and decent breakfast buffet (extra cost). The restaurant staff was kind. Loved the welcome note!

If you *need* to get online and have a phone with LTE & tethering, just use that instead of the wifi.
