Clean, very comfortable rooms, lovely staff, free parking, across from ATM (& Doubletree) & a couple of blocks from Ft Smith Coffee Co.-good downtown hotel. Food OKish (pricey) in am & evening.

First impression: Looks great but not sure about function. Closet is big but only has a little space to hang clothes. No free breakfast. (I'm used to Hampton Inn.) Bed is comfy, though.

Negotiate on Priceline to get a room for 50 bucks. They accept every time.

I second Emmy's. It is walking distance and is great German food. Lots of good restaurants in walking distance

Nice place. Stayed for business so not sure of pricing. Go to Emmy's for dinner, just blocks away...
