They give better service than the bigger city Courtyards. They also have refrigerators and USB ports in the room which isn't automatic in other Courtyards.

Unfriendly and unwilling to provide service to even professional honest locals. When "locals" have their family and friends visit from out-of-town, Marriot should just be the last option.

Male no mistake it is a great Marriot location. Marriott policy regarding "local residents" is ridiculous. I have a whole new view towards doing business with Marriot.

Not a huge hotel, but it was clean and it's located only a short drive to downtown Hyannis.

No upgrades for platinum members and no hot tub! Unless you are staying in a room near the front desk you will walk about 1/4 mile to your room.
