No room service but it's very comfortable and clean. Located near brooklyn bridge, west village and highline. Definitely will stay there again

Iris at the front desk is awesome! She lent me her own jacket because i was dumb and didnt check the weather. Also purified water bottles!

The rooms are small but for the groupon price, it was worth it! Good location and easy travel to all of Manhattan.

It's really close to Wall Street station, the staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. Wifi is free and works good! Purified water free in every floor. Very nice place to stay!

Super cheap for nyc. Basic rooms but very clean and they don't nickel and dime you to death, lots of little extras that would cost $ in other hotels are free here, especially wifi.

Amazingly helpful front desk when they realized my freshman college son and I were given a room with one bed. Saved from the ultimate awkward drop your kid at college experience.

Perfect! Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, 24-hour Duane Reade across the street. WiFi works well.

I have stayed here a few times and have never been disappointed. Its a business class hotel so the rooms are small but its prefect for me and others like me who don't need a lot of room 2b satisfied.
