They should hire approachable employees (especially the ones manning the entrance), and replace the pool water as often as possible; good to see that they have more than enough life guards though.

Downside - They should look for a more effective way of cleaning their pools ---- murky - unclear pools = infection and diseases galore :(

the resort improved on the services from the last time we were here there are already mini refs in each room - complimentary 3in1 coffee and electric teapot ----
