Never seem to be able to get a good night's sleep due to bed or pillows. Shower soaks the whole bathroom floor

Lovely building and surroundings! serving staff needs a little polishing and the beds are the worst - especially the plastic sheets over the mattress!!! Like hospital beds!!! Spacious rooms though
