Hey.. it's imperfect. But it's inexpensive, close to a lot of cool stuff, and I thought overall it was ok. If you're a traveler like me this place ain't bad.

the worst client service in town from the guy Hector at reception, giving orders and those looks, making faces (not funny though) at clients

Good kitchen, the washer and dryer aren't - try a laundry at the east Hastings street. Hostel is a cheap place for backpackers!
