Vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, low carbohydrate or other. Be sure to tell the innkeepers, Don and Shirley, about you dietary constraints. They are incredibly accommodating.

If you enjoy something ask for the recipe. They are happy to oblige. This cornbread egg bake with fresh roasted peppers and cream cheese was amazing.
