Check the messages in your app about your prescriptions they will tell you need to go inside or can pick up at the window sitting correct hours.

Check for sale items the back of the store and at the end of isles. It you can use them it is also a great time to stock up on super marked down items.

Long wait in drive through. Obviously pharmacies and banks have different drive-through rules.
