ER is always busy. Doctors are fairly knowledge but the staff is so busy it's hard to get proper care or attention in a timely manner. I don't recommend the ER personally- if you have another choice.

We spent most of the day yesterday in the emergency room waiting for a friend to get a surgical procedure completed. I have to say this is one of the best and most polite hospitals I've ever been to.
