Took mother-in-law to er. Sent 13 hours in emergency and when we finally got a room (at 2am) the service was so bad, she opted to come home early.

Pediatrician sent docs to ER at noon. Arrived with child at 3:30pm. It's now 12:16am and I'm still waiting on a room. Horrible service. Take your child to North Shore Hospital instead. Class is class.
