Polite and thorough doctors, but terrible wait times and downright rude & dismissive receptionists. Consistently the worst service I've ever had at a medical facility. But alas, my doctor is here!

Bring a book or something, because it's a long wait, even if it's a bit of an emergency. They don't seem able to prioritize.
