If you are looking for the Southwest Salad for lunch, go no further than the Village Inn at Broomfield, CO. Eaten at other Village Inns as well but these folks are the best!

Management is non-existent. 5 tables open, with 18 people waiting. The line to pay is 8 checks deep. Can you say cluster?
