One of my new favorite restaurants. The valley and downtown location are great. Try the Fireball appetizer, it's like a Japanese jalapeño popper and it's amazing! The yakisoba and crunchy roll, too!

Dare to eat the "Tuna Ball Roll": painstakingly "defried with sweat sauce on top" (or so the menu claims)

They have changed the menu a little and it is a big improvement. The prices are still the best in town though.

Gluten-free friendly. My celiac/no soy/no milk daughter ate there with no issues. Las Vegas & Crunch rolls are great, and I love the Eel Bento Box. A good, filling Japanese-Korean-American fusion.
