Breakfast included doesn't include eggs or bacon that's extra but you do get bagels, yogurt, cereal, yummy pastries, etc

Really terrific service! When it turned out there was no running hot water in our room, they swapped us to a new room lickety-split.

Ask for a room on the 9th floor. Even for the extra money, you'll wish you did if you don't.
