Call in- they had only made one item of 3. I wait 15 more minutes as I watch the prep guy sitting on prep counter texting only to get a crispy chicken salad with no chicken! 😡

New paint, lighting, tables and decor. Also new service strategy - communicate so poorly and take so long that the starving customer no longer cares when the order comes out wrong. #makeoverfail
